First time cream cheese-er

I have never had cream cheese icing and never wanted to. But you have to be open minded when doing something like this. So, I never read which was cream cheese and which were not. Lets just say I HATE CREAM CHEESE ICING! Why would anyone want cheese on cake! This also comes from someone who does not like cheese cake either. I still don't understand it guess I'm just a butter cream girl!

    I'm really glade you had a good time but next time you need to find other people to taste test your cup cakes cause the 1 night I felt so sick a few hours after and if I keep it up I'm going to be as big as the house. We need to find a way to be able to send some to Art to try out.

    I'm flattered at Lora's suggestion, but I don't think that would work; too long after baking to give an accurate evaluation. Plus, I'm already as big as your house!
